**The information below is written solely for the purpose of educating the general public in their quest for knowledge regarding natural pure mineral makeup cosmetics. 

RAESIN IMAGES mineral makeup cosmetics has had a phenomenal response to wholesale purchasing of our prelabeled, sealed products,  but it seems there is misinformation leading our established repeat clientele to think other mineral makeup companies may be selling Exclusive RAESIN IMAGES Mineral Cosmetic products and colors under their private label mineral makeup company name and not ours.  Absolutely NOT!

We do however realize your concern it is highly regarded and genuine.  At this time several mineral makeup sellers, soap and scent businesses are selling their pre-made unlabeled regular product line colors that are basic colored mica to colored mica blends,  to other mineral makeup purchasers/ sellers to use as their own colors, most of which are just relabeled with other names, sometimes not, and 95% of what ongoing research has factually showed these colored mica products are labeled incorrectly not carrying the proper manufacture's name but the name of the company logo of whom is just purchasing the already manufactured colors.  See FDA regarding legal labeling procedures, please also note that if a label reads just mica and it has color then it's 99% incorrect.

Product labels should state whom or where it is manufactured, but this information is left off several of the mineral makeup company labels, perhaps because these mineral cosmetic companies are not aware, nor have they done the necessary research required, and do not know what ingredients are in their products or do not want you to know they don't really handcraft their products.

Does the mineral cosmetic brand you buy just say mica for ingredients?

Mica as is commonly used in the mineral makeup cosmetic niche, is a "trade name", per say, used for broad range of colored mica products, mica that is also used in car paint, nail polish, clothing dye, hair dye, etc, though does contain other pigments itself to cause the color relationships of different micronized particles.

Cosmetic grade mica can be made with dyes, lake blends, and other chemical FD & C colorants used.   See MSDS or  (See FDA)  If you're mineral makeup company just puts mica on the label, and they're buying from some soap or scent company, then buyer beware, you will have no idea what really goes into those products because the company you're purchasing from doesn't have the knowledge required to know.  They're just looking for some quick dollars to pocket, and not looking out for women's best interests.
